The Day Hospice Program is designed for those diagnosed with a progressive life-threatening illness. The Client Care Coordinator and trained volunteers provide care and support to clients, in a home-like setting. Programming includes wellness opportunities, art/creativity, guest speakers, complementary therapies and more. Refreshments and lunch are provided. Benefits include connection, emotional support, education & caregiver respite. The program runs on Thursdays at our Richmond Hill location.

Hope House Community Hospice (formerly Hospice King-Aurora-Richmond Hill) provides highly personalized support, at no cost, to those diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, family caregivers and those who are bereaved. Our professional staff and network of dedicated volunteers provide our community with innovative programs and access to information. We are not a residential hospice but instead provide support to people in their homes, in the community and at our two locations.
